Meditation and Mindful - De-stress for the Holidays  / HF094
Meditation and Mindful Living provides unique and dynamic training on how to unplug from the machine, get off the wheel and connect with something profoundly quiet, expansive, and powerful within you. Avoid the common pitfalls that make it difficult to learn meditation and move beyond the basics. Develop essential knowledge, skills and techniques to advance your meditation. You will become better, healthier, stronger in mind, body and spirit and be more fulfilled in your life, relationships and work. You’ll also explore the deeper mysteries that produce the Meditation Effect and allow you to experience a more elevated and purposeful existence in your everyday life. Students can receive coaching during class to help apply what they are learning to real life situations. Dr. Antonia Martinez, developed the Mediator Instructor’s course for Inner Life Society and runs meditation and personal growth clinic programs in NYC and online. Dr. M is the author of the Inner Power Workbook.
