This test preparation course, created by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, prepares you to take the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Examination (FPMC) and the NYC Department of Health's Food Handler's Test. Once you complete the course and pass the exam you will be referred to the NYC Health Academy for a 3-hour NYC Health Code Regulations workshop and the NYC Food Safety Examination. This course meets the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets educational certificate requirements.
