This 18-hour curse examines cost control in food, beverage and labor. Students will learn concepts such as purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing and producing inventory. Tuition includes textbooks Upon successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to take the national certification exam for Controlling Food Costs.
