Pilates and Foam Roller Stretch Class - Learn Classical Pilates Mat and reap the benefits including strengthening your core, posture, flexibility, muscle tone and power with precise exercises. No matter what shape you're in, your age, whether you're female or male (Joseph Pilates created the system for men, so men, don't be afraid to give it a try.) each individual will improve their body in ways they wouldn't expect. You'll learn Pilates the correct way and how it was designed with proper form and technique. We'll finish the class with Foam Roller stretching working on self myofascial release, your own ability to massage your body!
